Parents of PHS students are welcome to attend and become participants in PHS Board meetings. We actively encourage parent participation and are very happy to see new faces at the meetings. There is only as much commitment as you want to offer. You are welcome to come and observe any time, or join on Zoom.
To become a voting member of the board, you must attend three board meetings and express your interest in participating as a voting member.
During the school year, the board meets on the second Tuesday of most months, from 7pm-8:30pm. For a list of dates of the board meetings, go to the "Calendars" tab, select the "Calendars-Yearly" page.
Are you interested in volunteering your time but don't want to make a long-term commitment as a Voting Member of the Poker Hill School Board? There are also many small, short-term tasks that the PHS Board needs help with!
